Our Criteria
A product does not earn a place here because it is popular, cheap, or good at marketing. It earns a place because it meets a higher bar for ingredients, materials, transparency, and everyday usefulness.
Products for actual humans. For people paying attention. We choose products the way you would choose food.
What we look for
Short, legible labels with ingredients you can recognize and pronounce.
Fabrics, metals, and surfaces chosen for what they are made of, not how they are marketed.
We favor products that skip synthetic fragrance, which can conceal many unlisted compounds.
Food listings avoid industrial seed oils in favor of more stable, traditional fats.
No synthetic dyes and no artificial sweeteners added for shelf appeal.
Coatings and treatments are only accepted when a brand can substantiate the claim.
We prefer brands willing to share where and how a product is made.
Things built to be used and to last, not replaced on a schedule.
We evaluate what is in a product, not the language printed on the front.
What we avoid
We avoid products with vague “clean” claims, unnecessary additives, synthetic fragrance, seed oils in food, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, questionable coatings, and material claims that cannot be verified.
How products are chosen
Products are reviewed based on ingredient and material quality, Amazon availability for launch, brand reputation, label transparency, use-case fit, and whether they are strong enough to recommend to a health-conscious buyer.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links are affiliate links. If someone buys through them, Human Supply may earn a commission. This never determines whether a product earns a place on the site.
